what is the main fault in a Refrigeration system
what is advantages and disadvantages of copper inner grooved technology.
thanks it's helpfull.
what is the advantages and disadvantages of inner grooved copper tubes
If a compressor starts then trips electrically then invariably it is High current. Compare the current taken with the manufacturers data sheet
Start Capacitor High current
Run Capacitor Stall
Semi & Open check all protective devices
A good ap to help is Embraco for Iphone or andriod
There are a number of issues why a compressor trips after a few minutes, and they vary depending on the compressor and system type.
If the compressor that is tripping shortly after starting is also suffering with a high pressure issue you could be tripping on the high pressure switch. An auto reset high pressure switch will have a set pressure differential, which will require the discharge pressure to drop a set value below the cut out setting, normally 3.0 to 4.0Bar for Danfoss KP range. Other manufactures may differ.
What type of compressor is it? Semi-hermetic, Hermetic or open drive? What type of system is it? Flooded or DX?
Thanks it's helpfull for me.
if a compressor is start and after few min it's trip then what is it's reason.
if a compressor head presure is so high then what is it's reason.
See attached another very straight forward troubleshooting manual
Please find attached a document from Danfoss that deals with common faults in refrigeration systems.
