The new layout looks good, more inline with email accounts like Google and Yahoo. The profile page seems to have an error, as I was not able to view my 'full profile'.  The competed courses in the profile could be laid out better, for instance bullet points with dates and percentages under each other.  The top left 'iKnow' logo could be a bit bigger and the background colour should allow the star to stand out more.. just a few suggestions

Thanks for your input.  We are working on the things you have mentioned to make the site more intuitive and user friendly.

This new Learning Management System will continue to offer on-demand eCourses and training material to any individual or organisation with a need for acquiring or improving cooling and heating overall standards of knowledge, safety and personnel technical ability. All 15,000 members from the old system (elearning-training.com) have been transferred to i-know.com as the former one will be switch off in February.

What you are looking at is an upgraded version of the previous eLearning system designed to encourage the sharing of information and the development of a more fun and informal learning approach.

Now, you will be able not only to update knowledge and learn by studying individually but also by talking to others,  sharing your experiences  and networking with other people with the same interests as in real life.  Also, an expert will be on hand to answer any technical issues when asked directly or when the community including practitioners, educationalists, experts, end users and manufacturers are unable to answer.

I-know.com takes into account the more casual and social aspect of learning and offers a platform that allows members to interact on the back of learning.
